來自比利的雷納特·莫勞，曾在米其林三星餐廳擔(dān)任廚師長，也被業(yè)內(nèi)譽為北京外國烹飪界的“教父”。作為久居中國的外國女婿，莫勞對北京多年來的發(fā)展變化感到很開心。他說，如今的北京越來越美，綠地更多了。與北京這座城市相守二十多年，莫勞用“北京，我愛你”這種最直白的方式表達了他的熱愛。 Rennat Morel, "The Godfather" of Beijing"s foreign culinary circle, hails from Belgium and has lived in China for more than 30 years. He opened the restaurant Morel’s in the capital with his wife, a native of Beijing, over 20 years ago and decided to settle down in the city. Living in Beijing for so long, he has developed a growing love for the capital. “I love Beijing,” he stressed.
